Changing Color for Negative Data Series in PowerPoint Charts: By default, PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 use white as the color of any negative series in your charts -- I know, this does look very unimaginative and there's a workaround to get over this issue. PowerPoint Package is an option that you can choose when you want to distribute a complete, editable presentation via CD, flash drive, or other media. It creates a folder that you can burn, copy, or move to whatever media you want. It's important to use this option when your presentation contains movies or any other linked content so that the presentation can actually play that linked content.
