3 Free and Favorite Handwritten Fonts The problem with handwritten fonts is that most of them are not too readable, especially when
you use a smaller text size. We searched through all web resources to find these 3 free, handwritten fonts -- enjoy using
these fonts in your slides or anywhere else -- do remember though that some of these fonts will not travel with your slides
-- so use only if you are presenting your slides on the same computer where these fonts were installed.

Add and Remove Menus
Customizing of a program interface is always desirable for power users -- yet even if you are not a
power user, you can still benefit from some basic customizing -- this is akin to rearranging your
office desk to whatever makes you more productive and comfortable. Within PowerPoint 2011 for Mac,
you can customize the interface to a large extent based on your requirements -- the ability to add
and remove custom Toolbars is one such customization option. Additionally, you can also add or remove
entire Menus to/from your Menu Bar, as explained in the following steps.
Add and Remove Menu Commands
Customizing your PowerPoint Interface is something that lets you place your favorite commands at a position that is
easily accessible to you -- PowerPoint lets you customize in various ways including adding custom Toolbars and then
populating them with commands. In the same way, you can add your own menus -- you then populate those menus with your
favorite commands. In this tutorial, we will learn how you can add and remove menu commands in PowerPoint 2011 for Mac.

File Formats
Quick -- how many file formats (types) can PowerPoint 2013 save your slides to? If you take count
of every single format from the necessary to the irrelevant (and forget the missing ones), then the number
is 28. Some of these could be genuinely helpful (such as the new MPEG-4 Video export in PowerPoint 2013) and
others such as GIF, JPG, PNG, WMF, and EMF ensure that you get good graphic outputs. And RTF outlines can sometimes
be a boon.
File Types that can be Opened
Programs such as PowerPoint are a very significant part of our workflows not just because of their vast
abilities but also because they can understand content from so many file formats. These include file types
that PowerPoint can save and open -- we already explored file types that PowerPoint 2013 can save to -- but
when you go and look at the file types that PowerPoint 2013 can open, you'll find that the list of file
types is not exactly the same - there are several omissions and additions compared to that list. When you
access the Open dialog in PowerPoint 2013, you can choose the file type you want to open.
Getting Started with Flowcharts
A flowchart is a diagram that explains a process visually and sequentially in a series of steps -- each such step
is represented visually by a flowchart symbol. Common flowchart symbols look no different than your regular oval,
diamond, or rectangle shapes. Each of these shapes can be connected to another with lines that have arrows on one
end indicating the direction of a flowchart process.
